William “Billy” Turnbull, age 53, of Columbia, Louisiana, passed away on December 9, 2014 in Columbia, Louisiana.
He is survived by his mother, Joann Wallis; sister, Tammy Campbell; brother, Rick Grigsby; his children, Roxanne, Jennifer, Billy Jo, Veronica, Desiree, and Danielle; and numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles William Turnbull and brother, Charles Edward Turnbull.
Billy was born January 26, 1961 in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Charles and Joann.
He was in the construction industry most of his life.
Visitation will be held on Monday December 15, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 16, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Mott & Henning Funeral Home.
Rev. Richard Becker will be officiating.
Burial will be held at West Cemetery in Athens.
Family is being served by Mott & Henning Funeral Home, in Athens, IL.

sorry for your loss, billy was an old friend i knew from our earlier days in girard and virden. he will be missed.
