Condolences

  1. To Rich’s family, I’m very sorry to hear about his passing. Rich was at The State Journal-Register while I worked there in sports (I continue to work there, although it’s not the same without some of the old gang). Rich was one of my favorites among the guys we called the “printers” who pasted up the pages each night. Always friendly and very helpful. A lot of fun memories with Rich and his cohorts on the second floor at the SJ-R. Again, my condolences to your family.

  2. Rich and I crossed paths at the JR in the mid 90s. You never forget kindness and Rich was kind and good humored both. Condolences to the family and a RIP, Rich.

  3. As a fellow printer and close workmate of Rich I would like to extend my condolences to his family. Both myself and my wife Carol shared some good times with Rich and Dee. He was a pleasure to work with and a hard worker. He is often spoke of at the retired printer monthly gathering. He will surely be missed. RIP Rich.
