We will always remember Dick as the one who brought joy and laughter to our distirct clergy events.
We remember his jokes about people needing an interpreter to understand him, and he said NO – one to understand Them!!
Faithful until the End!!
God Bless You Dick, and to your Family,
God’s Eternal Strength Grace Comfort and the Promise of an Eternal Reunion!
In Our Prayers Today and Always,
Martin & Anne Gutzmer

We are greatly saddened to hear of Pastor Dick’s passing. He and Carole were so supportive of our mother, Ruth Moorman. Mom moved to Bickford House in Springfield in 2008 and until she moved to Decatur in 2014, Pastor Dick and Carole faithfully picked her up each Sunday for Church. I recall meeting Pastor Dick the first time when he tossed me a bag of popcorn as thanks for “popping in”. We always think of him when we hear “God is good, all the time”. God is good all the time and so was Pastor Dick.
