Pamela Sue Hinds-Sisk

Pamela Hinds-Sisk, age 68, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Hillsboro Health Hospital in Hillsboro, IL.

She was born on September 11, 1956 in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of John and Lois (Etherton) Hinds.

Mourning her passing are her mother, Lois; children, Adam Sisk, Erika (husband Jeff) Brock, Adara Sisk, and Ethan Sisk; grandchildren, Grace, Carter, Leah, Beckett, and Gabriella; siblings, Cindy Lachel and Linda Hicks; one niece, Haley Hicks; and one nephew, Ryan Hinds.

She is preceded in death by her father, John; and brother, Doug.

Pamela earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Benedictine College.

Pamela worked as a Registered Nurse for over twenty years for Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Her passions were sewing and baking, especially cakes. She loved being poolside, doing DYI home improvement projects, and crossword puzzles. Pamela especially loved attending her grandchildren’s activities and taking care of others.

Cremation rites will be accorded and no services will be held per Pamela’s request.
