Noe, Virginia “Jenny”

Virginia “Jenny” Noe, age 75, of Petersburg, died Sunday March 16, 2008 at St. John’s Hospice.

Survived by: Two Daughters – Debbie (Guy) Fritz of Oakford Tammy (Kevin) Molohon of Petersburg Two Sons – Greg (Suzanne) Bell of Jacksonville Mike (Stasi) Loeffler of Tallula Daughter-in-law – Pam Noe of Carrollton Twelve Grandchildren Three Great-grandsons One Sister : Joyce Duncan of Petersburg Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins

She is preceded in death by a brother, Homer Gene, and a son, Mark Noe.

Jenny was born on September 17, 1932 in Sweetwater, Illinois, the daughter of Homer and Bertha Wright Clemens.

She attended Sweetwater schools and later worked for Hertzberg New Method Book Bindery in Jacksonville, retiring from there with over 30 years of service. She also worked at Grant’s Restaurant in Athens.

Jenny enjoyed collecting teddy bears and angels.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home. Memorial services will be also held there on Thursday, March 20 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Sugar Grove Cemetery near Sweetwater.
