I’m so sorry for your families loss. Sharon was a very outspoken person and would tell you like it was. I would always enjoy stopping by to see what new animals she had or baseball cards.

Sharon was my “big girl” cousin who pulled my sister, Debbie, and me in a red wagon around Grandma Poe’s neighborhood. She took us with her on errands for Mrs. Groves in the big brick mansion up the street. Sharon tried to convince us that the “T” in Sharon Treva Schrool stood for “trouble”. We found out that it really stood for “Treva”. When I was about 5, Sharon took me to high school on one of those “take a little kid to school” days. I felt like I was in the “land of giants” but Sharon shepherded me around and took care of me.
She loved her family and we loved her.

Like Dianne & Debbie, I have many fond memories of Cousin Sharon’s lettin’ me tag along when we were kids. I used to get to spend a week at a time at Grandma, Aunt Leona & Sharon’s house, and Sharon was always patient with “that bratty little cousin,” that was me. Mrs. Groves’ house was a spooky place, and I loved to share adventures there, too. Cousin Sharon also taught me such “exciting” things as the card game “Black Jack” and (now don’t tell anybody) how to smoke a cigarette! In our adult years, we’ve not seen each other nearly often enough, but we’ve kept in touch via email, and I’ve always enjoyed her humor and “tails” and pix of the pups! Sharon’s passing leaves a crater of a hole in my family heart; may she rest in peace till we meet again.
