Marilyn was a beautiful woman inside and out. I not only worked with Marilyn but enjoyed our time bowling and getting together for supper and drinks. She will hold a special place in my heart. Fly high Marilyn. Soar with the angels.

Our sympathies for George and all of the family. We will keep you in our prayers. I remember Marilyn fondly for the family history books she made for each of her kids (before computers made it so much easier). A mother’s gift of love. Those books are amazing! I enjoyed looking through them with her.

Marilyn was a very close friend of my sister-in-law, Donna Wheeler Blankenship. They were in high school together as well as church at the First Church of God in Springfield. Donna passed away in March 2017.
They can praise God together now. I remember Marilyn as a laughing, friendly gal who was well loved by all. May God be with you all in her loss!

Today is February 26, 2022 and I just learned of my cousin Marilyn’s passing. We had lots of fun growing up. Her mother, Aunt Ida, was my grandmothers sister. I’m not sure at this late date her family will see this, but I want to send my deepest sympathy and love to all of them.
