Ann, Betty, Mary, Phyllis, Alice and Rick. I am so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. Marge stopped us on the way into church when we first moved to Athens to introduce herself and welcome us to the community. She was also the last one in Athens to tell us goodbye and tell us she didn’t know how she got so lucky to have us as her friends. We were the ones that were blessed to have known your mother. She was an inspiration to me. She was so proud of each of her children and their families. I loved having known your mother and considered her a close friend. Paulette and Bruce Moenkedick and family

Marge was a beautiful example of a devoted mother, and Catholic woman.
She was a great role model to all younger women when I moved into the parish in 1971.
I can remember how radiant and beautiful she looked the day we attended her award for” Our Lady of Good Counsel, Women of Distinction Award”.
I will never forget how tickled she was for me, when I won one of the quilts she had helped make.
Her pretty hats and sparkling smile will be remembered always.
God bless the family Marge leaves behind.

My sympathy to Marge’sfamily. My Dad Allie Deters was one of your mother’s double first cousins. I looked forward to seeing her at St Michael’s church picnics. She always knew where I was on the family tree and asked about my mom and dad. Your mother was full of life. Will keep her and her family in my prayers

There was no more wonderful woman than Marge. She stuck with my mom as her best friend for so many years through thick and thin, I know that they are now quilting in Heaven together. Marge had such a even keeled personality, always soft spoken, loving, Godly and hard working. Raising so many children would have been a huge task, but she always seemed so level headed and spiritual about it and like I said, so loving. She was a good, good woman and I am so happy to have known her throughout my life. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Joy~

To the Family and Friends of Marge Schuyler,
Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. I only met Marge at the Women of Distinction ceremony, but she was a delight to me even for that short time. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to honor her. No one deserved it more! Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. I know Marge is up in heaven keeping a close eye on all of you!
