I was shocked to hear about Don … death is hard enought but the “unexpected” is so very tragic. I will keep you in my prayers.

Dear David and Val,
I am so very sorry about the sudden and unexpected loss of your father. I wish I could make the trip tomorrow to express my sympathy in person but am not able to do so. I always had the feeling as you talked about your Mom and Dad just how close you are to them. I expect your special relationships with them makes the sudden loss of your father even more difficult. My prayer for you is that your sadness will soon be replaced by wonderful memories of times from the past.
Dear Calista, Gerik, and Claretta,
I am so sorry to hear about your Grandpa. I remember your Mother telling me about many fun times you had with him and Grandma. While I know you will miss him, remember that you will always have those good memories. No one can ever take those memories from you. Also know when you have those sad times you are never alone. God knows about your sadness and will care for you as your Mother and Father will do as well.
God blessings to all of you and to your Grandma too.
In my prayers, Marlene Hilliker

We are so sorry for the loss of Don. A few years ago while working for the PORTA school disctrict as a substitute bus driver, Don subbed for me while I was on maternity leave. He called me nearly every week and was so kind. The world will miss his kindness and generosity. Your family is in our prayers. Jen Canady and family.

Dear Kern-Lyons Family: I was saddened to hear of the sudden and unexpected passing of your father. Thankfully you will be together again one day and that does help the sorrow now.
