Kelsie Riedle, age 29, of Cantrall, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
She was born May 5, 1994 in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Mark and Chris (McMurl) Riedle.
Mourning her passing are her parents, Mark and Chris; sister, Makenzie (husband Casey) Shull; grandmother, Ann Martin; two nieces, Carley and Kinley; one nephew, Elliot; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
Kelsie is preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Beverly Riedle and Bob Martin.
She graduated from Athens High School in 2012.
Kelsie was employed as a server and manager for Buffalo Wild Wings in Springfield for several years.
She enjoyed spending time with her friends and her parents, attending concerts, and being life of the party.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Greenview AMVETS Post 179; Amvets Street; Route 29; Greenview, Illinois at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
Memorial contributions can be made to the “Kelsie Riedle Memorial Fund”, c/o Alliance Community Bank.

Chris Mark and family. So sorry for your loss! Kelsie was loved by many people!! I enjoyed getting to know her when we worked together at the Boars Nest and of course uptown for an Occasional drink. Would love to come celebrate her life with everyone but am not able to get around very well at this time. She will b greatly missed!! Take care!

Chris, Mark and family, words cannot express how sorry I am for all of you on the loss of your amazing Kelsie, Heath & Jessica talk about you all all the time. Kelsie was such an asset to Buffalo Wild Wings. I met her last June and immediately identified her talent as a leader! Such a great person and added energy to the team in Dirksen. Her bubbly personality will be missed however never forgotten. Rest easy Kelsie

Kelsie had such a good sense of humor when we were growing up together. She was a ball of sunshine, boldly herself. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing.
