My sister, Nancy Chapin, e-mailed me this morning that Warren had passed away. My feelings are immense. Warren was not only a friend, a very good friend, but he, as my CFO, was my conscious, my confidant, my incredibly capable partner. Unfortunately, I am in Cincinnati and did not have an opportunity to visit with him before he died, and I will not be able to be with him at his service. I will be with him in spirit and in memories this week and until I too pass on. Warren was a very important person in my life. My deepest sympathies to all of you who are his family, you were mentored by one of the best! Bob Lanphier

My heart felt condolences go out to each and everyone of you. Uncle Warren will be greatly missed by the whole family. The primary memory I have of Uncle Warren was his sense of humor…..that is the first thing that comes to my mind from my childhood.
Please know that you all will be in my thoughts as you go through this very difficult time.
All my love and prayers,
Mary (Larsen ) Mitchell

I regret that my work schedule will prevent me from attending either the visitation and/or funeral.
My thoughts are with you and your family on the loss of your wonderful father – Warren!
You have my sincere and deepest sympathy!!!

I have wonderful memories of our family’s getting together when we were all so young. Your parents left an indelible mark on my soul. May both your Mom and Dad rest in peace.
