Jeffrey S. Flack, age 55, of Petersburg, passed away on November 28, 2020 at his residence.
Jeffrey was born on September 23, 1965 in Jefferson, Iowa the son of Dennis and Shirley (Shibroun) Flack.
Mourning his passing are his children Cassidy, Kelci, Jordan, and Nicholas Flack; father, Denny Flack of Chanhassen, MN; sister, Janelle Moe; and grandmother, Irene Flack.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley.
Jeffrey graduated from Crystal Lake South High School in 1984. He then graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 1988, Judson College in 1999, and Benedictine University with a Masters in Science in Management and Organizational Behavior in 2014.
Jeffrey was a physical therapist for most of his career. He most recently owned and operated Jeffrey Flack, Inc., where he consulted and presented to groups and corporations.
Cremation rites were accorded.
Mott & Henning Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Love and Prayers for Jeff’s family.
For the brief time I got to know Jeff, I was glad to get to call him friend. He was a loving and caring father, had an infectious sense of humor and would give you the shirt off his back if it would help.
You will be missed my friend. Rest In Peace brother.
