Oh, dear cousin … the Meredith memories are flooding my head and heart tonight as I read this obituary. While it does not seem real yet, I know that each “Meredith Christmas” will feel empty with you and those fancy appetizers you always managed to dazzle us with! You were a very talented “chef” and revered by many for your culinary surprises! Your laugh and smile was contagious. So thankful that we had a chance to say our goodbyes! Love you, sweetie! Aunt Jean is holding you close to her heart!

Greg and I spent a lot of time together in the seventies and eighties. Greg once told me I would always be his cousin,no matter what. We addressed each other as “Cuz” from that point forward. Greg had a good heart and was always a good friend.

Annamari, there is a great emptiness left by Greg’s passing but I am certain that the strength of the love that you and your family share for Greg will get you through this difficult time. I am so blessed to have shared part of my life and two wonderful children with Greg. He was a thoughtful and caring man and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Shane and Rayna!

My condolences to Greg and family. His brother Dennis and I were best friends for quite awhile. I’ll never forget the great times we had as your parents and mine were good friends while at Bunn Park Christian Church (Merle and Millie) on Lennox. You will be surely and sorely missed.
