My condolences to the Engel family. I think of Bird and Dorothy when I return home to visit my brother and drive by the road leading to the farm. I worked for Bird during the summer in high school. Bird would wear me out splitting wood and Dorothy would make a great homemade lunch. I particularly remember her Chicken Pot Pie. They were great people and are remembered fondly.
