Donna Riley

Donna J. Riley, age 91, of Springfield, formerly of Greenview, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017.
Ms. Riley was born on May 14, 1926 in Greenview, the daughter of Donald W. and Anna Grimsley Riley.
She is survived by her brother, Pat L. Riley of Huber Heights, OH; a nephew, Michael (wife Lori) Riley of Huber Heights, OH; and great nieces, Linsey and Jordyn Riley.
Ms. Riley is preceded in death by her parents.
She graduated from St. John’s School of Nursing.
Ms. Riley served in the Cadet Corps during WWII and worked as a nurse at St. John’s Hospital for 39 years.
She was a member of the Greenview United Church her whole life and served as a deacon. She was also a member of the AMVET Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and 3rd Age Living at St. John’s.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Greenview United Church in Greenview.
Rev. Stephanie McCullough will be officiating.
Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Greenview.
Memorials can be made to the Greenview United Church.

Ms Riley was my first supervisor at St Johns….I kept in touch at Christmas and am so sorry to read that
she has passed…. my condolences to the family….
