Dad!
You always told me to never be late for first formation. I’m guessing the Chain of Command in heaven called, and that’s why you left us so suddenly. Im sure you showed up in the right uniform and the right time. Love and miss you!

Our heartfelt condolences to Rosalie and her family on the passing of Dale. The Lord has called his servant home. We send prayers for peace and strength in all your times of need. As for myself (Denise), I met Dale and Rosalie this spring when I interviewed for a position as a soil sampler. Dale was so warm and personable and caring. I could tell immediately how proud he was of his business and his wife and family. Because we had a lot of rain in Litchfield and south, Dale kept calling to tell me he hadn’t forgotten about getting me trained. Once I started training with Bob, Dale called to ask how I was doing and to tell Bob he was sending me a hat! When I informed Bob of Dale’s passing, Bob remarked that Dale had just called him last week to thank him for his twelve years of service. In summary, Dale’s care, kindness, and commitment were obvious to everyone from the first time you had the good fortune to meet him! He even remembered my daughter Vala who had just started training recently and said he would send her a hat, and he did. I know he taught people the right way to do things from the beginning as Eric had internalized and shared since he took over my training next. Vala and I are proud to work at ISTC and carry on Dale’s standard of care and dedication. God Bless Rosalie and the Ingram family, both blood relatives and ISTC family, for indeed Dale treated us all as family and will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace, Dale. The world is a better place because of you!

I’ll forever remember those long days with Dave F, riding ATVs and filling little bags with dirt. Oh yeah, and that time someone shot at us because they thought we were joyriding in their field.
God speed

My condolences to Rosalie and her family. Dale and Rosalie gave me my first “real job” and I will forever cherish those memories. We worked hard, Clint would steal all the meat fields, and we had a little fun along the way My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

So sorry for your loss, Rosalie. Tom loved working for you. He would always talk about his day and tell me funny conversations with Dale and how much he liked working with everyone. I’m sure there are a lot of good and funny memories that you have. I hope they will help sustain you now and in the future.

Our Thoughts and Prayers go out to Rosalie and all the Ingram family. They broke the mold when Dale was born. I know he is enjoying his Hot Dogs in Heaven! We could go years without seeing each other and pick up right where we left off when we would see each other. He will be greatly missed and Heaven will totally be busy keeping up with him! RIP Dale!!

Brad, Kurt, Rosalie, and family—
My deepest condolences for the loss of your dad.
He was a good guy and a good baseball coach (Colt League, ’75 and ’76).
He did a lot for the community and the school, and always seemed to make time for family.
Have comfort knowing he is with his brothers again, waiting for the days when you will all meet him
again in Heaven.
God bless you all.
