Judith Cooper, age 72, of Athens, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

She is survived by her husband Robert, children Lisa (Robert) Barto, Mark Cooper, John (Dalisa) Cooper; mother Virginia Hill; grandchildren Briann Housh, Samantha Cooper, Cody Nunn, Corey Cooper, Jimmy Nunn, Casey Cooper, and Jordan Barto; 4 great-grandchildren; three sisters Barbara Buscher, Marilyn Nickel, Cathy Reid, one brother Mike Hill; several nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her father; one brother, Allen Hill; and one grandson Joshua Fuller.

Judith was born on November 7, 1941in Petersburg, IL, the daughter of Hubert and Virginia (Edwards) Hill.

She married Robert Cooper in July 16, 1965 in Springfield, IL.
