My deepest and sincerest love to Cathy and her daughters and her grandchildren. Our lives were interconnected in some of the most unusual and unlikely ways, but this family has been a part of my life since my childhood and I have spent time in Cathy’s house as a guest, and was treated with utmost respect and kindness, so much so that this leaves a hole in my heart knowing she is gone. She touched so many lives, including those of my children, and I’m sorry they will not get to meet her. I wish I could have said goodbye. I wish I could give Sarah and Joy hugs and tell them how sorry I am, but that my thoughts are with them and that I care about them and the kids very, very much.
