Carol Ann Bryant

Carol Ann Bryant, age 76, of Athens, went to be with the Lord at 2:05 PM, Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.

She was born February 25, 1939 the daughter of Elmer A. “Dutch” and Caroline Rheude from Riverton.  She married Ronald L. Bryant of Athens, IL on May 22, 1960.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Edith Linder.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald L. Bryant; her children, Rev. Ronald L. (Linda) Bryant II, Suzanne Meiners, Joseph Bryant, and Tasha Bryant; three grandchildren, Crystal Bryant, Zachary Meiners, and Kayla Meiners; several nieces and nephews; and her favorite cat, TC.

Private graveside services will be held at Joel Hall Cemetery in Athens on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 with Rev. Ken Gennicks officiating.
