Mrs. Woods was born July 16, 1935 in Rochester the daughter of Charles and Clara Sebring Trader.

She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd in 1999 and a son Ricky.

She married Floyd Woods on July 5, 1952 in Petersburg.

Mrs. Woods retired from working at State Journal Register after 29 years.

Mrs. Woods enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday at Mott & Henning Funeral Home in Athens from 5:00 until 7:00 PM and where funeral services will be held on Thursday May 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM.
