Eileen M. Bednarko age 81, of Athens passed away on December 16, 2008 at Memorial Medical Center.

She is survived by: Husband : Ed Sons – Ron Bednarko of Athens Jerry (Lynne) Bednarko of Petersburg

Sister : Jeanette Moore of Niantic

Two Brothers : Harold & Virgil Nold of Oconee

Grandchildren : Jessica & Anna

Several Nieces & Nephews

Ms. Bednarko was born January 6, 1927, in Pana, IL, the daughter of Albert and Leona Schmidt Nold.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Her hobby was gardening.

A visitation will be held at Mott & Henning Funeral Home in Athens on Friday from 4 to 6:00 p.m.Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Holy Family Church at 11:00 a.m.

Rev. Knuffman officiating.

Burial will be at Joel Hall Cemetery in Athens.
